RESPOSIBILITIES:
- END to END projects delivery for our Clients
- Recruit via headhunting
- Acquire new recruitment projects from existing and new Clients
- Take care for the best long-term relationships with Clients and Candidates
- Work in our ERP / ATS system (enova365) implemented for our company
- Build your own relevant talent & business pool and keep in touch with your potential Candidates and Clients
- Creating a positive image of the company by creating your own expert personal brand from the ERP labor market
WE OFFER:
- Fixed basis from 1500 EUR or GBP – 2300 EUR/month net + taxes (B2B Contract)
- Commission on completed recruitment projects (from 10% to 30% of the value of the implemented project, it means at least duble the base salary)
