Business Development Manager (Junior, ERP)

The employer is an implementation company from Sosnowiec, which has been creating, servicing and implementing ERP solutions for many years. We are looking for candidates with experience in selling specific IT solutions or services. Maybe we are looking for you?

WE ARE LOOKING FOR candidates who:

They have experience in selling services, preferably in the IT industry, and in tailoring the offer for a specific client – a necessary condition
Experience in the sale of ERP software or other IT solutions is welcome
They know the specifics and methods of actively acquiring new contracts in the SME sector, e.g. in the retail industry
They know what sales are in the area of ​​business consulting (Business Consulting)

TASKS in the position of:

Active acquisition of orders from clients in the SME sector
Cooperation with the implementation department in the field of system implementation cost evaluation
Research and creation of customer needs in the field of ERP solutions
Cooperation with the marketing department in the preparation of marketing materials
Sale of comprehensive IT solutions
Conducting presentations on the operation of the system (together with the ERP implementer)
Professional building of business relationships with clients
Realization of sales goals and building a CRM base

Employment OFFER:

Stable base salary of PLN 3,500 – 5,000 net / month (depending on the type of contract, eg UoP or B2B. The upper values ​​of the ranges are rather B2B)
Sales commissions – paid on projects
A company car for trips to customers
Form of employment – any (standard employment contract or B2B contract)
